After purchasing your set of sessions, log in to your account and go to “My Bookings.” From there, you can schedule your sessions at any available time. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Sign in to your account, go to “My Bookings,” and select the session you want to reschedule. You can change your appointment time up to 24 hours before the session starts.
No. Sessions do not roll over. For example, if you purchase a 1-month package that includes 4 sessions, all 4 must be booked and used within 30 days of your package start date. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of that period, and no refunds will be given for unused sessions.
Sessions are held on Zoom. A unique Zoom link will be sent to you each time you book a session. Please check your confirmation email for the details. A new link is generated for every session.
No. All session and package payments are non-refundable, including for unused or missed sessions.
Yes. Either you or the coach may end the coaching agreement with 15 days’ written notice. Any remaining sessions will be completed during that 15-day notice period.
