Yes. What you share in coaching is handled with care and kept private, except in situations where disclosure is required by law. This is a space to be honest, speak freely, and work through what’s really going on without judgment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mindy accepts credit & debit cards, PayPal & Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. You’ll see the available options during checkout, so you can choose the one that works best for you.

How do I schedule my coaching sessions after purchase?

After you buy your session package, log in to your account and open “Manage Appointments.” From there, you can choose any available time that works for you. Please book or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session starts.

How can I change my coaching session time?

Sign in to your account, go to “Manage Appointments,” and choose the session you want to move. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session begins.

Where do my coaching sessions take place?

Your sessions happen on Zoom. You’ll get a fresh Zoom link for each session in your confirmation email, so be sure to check there for the details.

Do unused sessions carry over after my package ends?

Accepted Answer

No. Sessions do not roll over. If you purchase a 3-month package with 12 sessions, you need to book and use all 12 within 90 days of your package start date. Any unused sessions expire at the end of that period, and there are no refunds for unused time.

Are coaching sessions refundable?

No. All session and package payments are non-refundable, including any unused or missed sessions.

Can I terminate our Coaching Agreement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Either you or the coach may end the coaching agreement with 15 days’ written notice. Any remaining sessions will be completed during that 15-day notice period.
