About
Meet Mindy
My story
My name is Mindy, and I help people in midlife go from feeling lost, hopeless, and in a constant state of “ugh” to feeling alive, significant, and vibrant so they can finally know who they are and what they want.

How did I get here?
Well, for starters...I've had a life worthy of an episode of Dateline!
I had an exciting 15+ year career as a morning show radio personality in South Florida, and was the first woman, along with my female partner, to lead a morning show in a major market.
I spent the day with Oprah, fought live on-air with Howard Stern, and danced in the world’s largest conga line with Gloria Estefan.
I woke up every day at 4:30am, and would buy under-eye concealer by the gallon! Behind the scenes, I fell madly in love, got married, and had three beautiful daughters. We moved to the suburbs and I battled mom guilt while balancing my career.
Until suddenly, life took a wild turn and I went through a very painful and public divorce.
I realized that there wasn’t anyone out there who could teach me how to divorce without poison.
This inspired me to carve my own path so my family could experience divorce differently, and my children could emerge feeling loved, nurtured, and safe.
I committed to intentional co-parenting and giving my daughters the childhood I wished for them. I took ownership over my piece of the puzzle and took the actions I could to navigate our new reality and make this happen for our family.
My former husband and I were - and still ARE - a team.

I have brought this same approach to all parts of my life:
Pivoting my career to become a voice actor and be more available to my girls
Dating (reluctantly!) and falling in love again
Marrying a super wonderful man (15 years together)
Blending a family with love and patience
Taking ownership over my health (and weight) journey
Becoming an empty nester and learning my new role
Along the Way...
Friends and colleagues who admired the fruits of my hard work, the beautiful relationship I still enjoy with my former husband, my resilience and self-determination often turned to me for support.
I routinely advised and counseled others who were dealing with their own obstacles and difficult situations. The framework I used, and the tools I learned, formed the foundation for the work I do today. It’s called: Life Take Two.
By the way, Life Take One was pretty fantastic, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. But I had to … So there’s that. But what I know now is that there’s a whole life waiting for you that you can’t even imagine.
At the core of it all, there is always HOPE.
I am honored to help you create your own Life Take Two.
