I'm Mindy Baer, and I'm a communicator.
My years in radio, voice over, and live interviewing have shown me that so much of life comes down to how we speak & respond in real time. I work with people who want to be clear. Stop overthinking. Say what they mean, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and control.
About Mindy
Here’s who she is and what she does

What's my story?
I built a career where communication wasn't optional...it was everything.
I spent 15+ years as a morning radio host in South Florida. My co-host and I were the first women to lead a morning show in a major market. I’ve spent the day with Oprah, argued live on-air with Howard Stern, and danced in the world’s largest conga line with Gloria Estefan.
I was up at 4:30am every day, went through gallons of concealer, and behind the scenes managed to fall madly in love, get married, have three gorgeous daughters, move to the suburbs and battle mom-guilt while balancing a career...
Then everything shifted — fast!
I went through a very public & painful divorce.
And what I realized was this: it wasn’t just what was happening. In fact, sometimes, it wasn't that at all. It was how I was handling it. What I was saying. What I wasn’t saying. How I was thinking and responding in the moment. That’s where everything started to change.
I committed to co-parenting with intention and showing up for my daughters in a way they could rely on. I owned my part and focused on what I could control as we figured out a new normal. My former husband and I were, and still are, a team. And in the middle of all that, I stepped into a version of myself I hadn’t even met yet. And she's pretty epic.
Marrying a super wonderful man (15 years together)
Pivoting my career to become a voice actor and be more available to my girls
Dating (reluctantly!) and falling in love again
Blending a family with love and patience
Taking ownership over my health (and weight) journey
Becoming an empty nester and learning my new role
I learned how to truly move forward
Along the Way...
People started calling
Not because I had it all figured out, but because I knew how to listen, ask the right questions, and get to what actually mattered. I'd spent years doing it on air. Now I was doing it in real life. I wasn’t giving advice. Just helping people think it through. Say it out loud. Handle conversations they’re avoiding. Make decisions they can stand behind. I'm here for the shift. The action. The moment you realize you're actually not stuck.
